Hey, whatever helps you remember when you're in an emergency situation. :p

Although I think videos like this should maybe emphasize a little more what 'cardiac arrest' actually means. You know, so that your average layman doesn't start doing chest compressions on someone who has fainted after getting too much sun, or something like that.
