If they are off around 15% the number goes up as the velocity does.
160 kph 15% would be 24 kph off at 100 mph.

Most bike's I have ridden/tested with GPS are 5-10%, never seen anything above 10%. Unless he has sprockets or something I have a hard time believing 15%. More likely would be he was only at 90ish when the cop put down his radar gun to start the car to pull him over.
 
These camera guys need to learn how to record.

1. Keep the camera on the flying bike at all times.. don't stop ****ing recording. Who cares to see the ground?!
