I was doing some maintenance today...

I was reminded of a quote from a Great Literary Scholar, perhaps one of the best of our age...

"Always make sure to grease your axle sticks".

I will never forget these wise words, not until the end of my days.

That is all. This reminder brought to you by a beat up Honda Grom. Apparently the best bike of all time, according to @Evoex

Because the answer is always a Grom.

Looks like you have the same eternal fountain of bearing grease as my dad. I feel like it's been the same tub the entire time I've been alive

Organic workbench. Nice.

@matt365 I have a two-part question:

1. Did you also employ the pillow/plywood/car jack method?
2. If so, did you stop by with a 6 pack of Labatt's Blue and borrow the car jack?
The pillows would have kept the underside of the bike scratch free!

Or in hindsight, I could have laid it down for a little nap while I removed the rear wheel?

I hear Labatt Blue is the currency of choice when borrowing car jack-stands.

I'm curious about the "bumper" sticker. A coded advert to join the Hell's Angels??

Axel sticks...I seem to remember a thread, but forget who called them that?

The guy formerly known as Mladin.
