I think I messed up

Hey thanks for checking this out!

So I decided to do some maintanance over the winter. I have a 2000 cbr F4 and it wasn't starting so easily, so I changed the spark plugs, I was going to clean the carbs but I decided that was a little too much for my first time. Anyway, when I put it all back together it wouldn't even fire. It definitely wasn't the fuel line, I made sure to open that up. I didn't check the spark plug gap before putting them in so I'm not sure if that's the problem.
Any advice? Thanks.

There is an issue with f4s and their ignition switches....causing the plugs not to have spark.

Have you checked to see if you have spark?!

If you need help pm me.

Yeah I put them back in the right order. The plugs are not sparking, how might I fix this? If I can't get her running by Thursday I'm just taking it to the shop.

check the obvious things first, like lill switch, kick stand, bike in gear. is the battery good? test with another battery to start. bike needs the following to start

spark
gas
compression

check the plugs confirm spark first , by grounding tobike chasss i. while they are off see if they are wet to see gas is getting to them.

if they spark and the there is gas and smells like gas and they are wet. then clean them nice.

then empty your tank get fresh gas...

then try again let us know.

i am no expert just trying to help out
