No motorcycle for awhile. Turned bike on, and noticed it was pissing out gas. float bowl screw for carb is gone. Called dealership, they said they never come out, well, apparently they do. Asked if was PDI'd, was told they dont check that because they never come out...

Need to wait until Tuesday for them to pick it up, then who knows how long after that until I get it back. 400km on bike and I get a problem that never happens. I must be lucky, time to buy a ticket for the 50M this Friday

Okay why did you go with the trouble of making your fonts as small as possible? Couldn't read your post at all.

Ummmmmm you can play... but I intend on winning. :D

Can't believe it still hasn't gone, retirement postponed for another week :)

Posted from phone.. Didn't intentionally do it

Hopefully they will have bike back to me Wednesday, can't see why not, it's just a screw.. Sucks losing your bike for the long weekend, especially with the great weather as well. :(

Would anyone here call Kawasaki and complain? Or just chalk it up to **** happens?

I'd definitely complain..if the bike was new. Who knows, they might send you something to make you happy. Many companies do this, though I'm not sure of Kawasaki specifically.

Yeah, bought brand new, the dealership gave me a free years warranty when I bought it, but kinda upset they wouldn't just let me get the screw and install it myself, just sucks that I called on Thursday, and they said the earliest they could pick it up would be Tuesday because of the long weekend. Apparently if they didn't give me that warranty for free I would have been SOL, or had to pay for them to come out and pick it up. Guess bike standard warranty isn't like car where you get free roadside/towing.

Was told they would come out to get bike after they closed today at 6pm. It is now 8pm, it is maybe an hour drive with traffic from Burlington to Caledonia. No one has shown up, they have not called, I can not call them as they are closed. I am beyond fuming now.

Seems like customer service at Burlington Cycle is a joke.

I'm going to tear them a new one tomorrow when I call.

They drove out today and fixed bike for me, happier than I was yesterday, got to ride a bit today, now off to work!
