What i think they're saying is Brampton = DirtyThis thread is making me feel REALLY REALLY stupid............I don't get it
Is the joke that they're cleaning up fallen leaves while there is still.....well, falling leaves? If not than I'm stumped

People respond better when it costs them money.
I would just add a $25 cleaning fee for every dwelling in Brampton on a yearly bases.
I bet that gets things going and after that target the fee to the dirty areas instead of penalizing everyone.
Increase fines for littering to $1000.
Just as the Police sit there for radar traps they can sit there as littering enforcement.
Does anyone think asking people to cleanup will work?

No Frills parking lot @ 410+Queen. What better place to empty your car of all the accumulated fast food refuse?
And who tosses their used oil containers on the walkway at their bank? (RBC @ Orenda+Dixie)?
Why pay a couple of dollars for those extra bag-tags when there's so many quiet industrial cul de sacs to choose from?
It's not wrong if you don't actually park in the handicapped spot. Sadly, this is the attitude I see on a daily basis working in this 100 square mile excuse for a landfill.
