I have connected freshly charged battery to my 04 RC51. I've heard quiet "click" just like fuse and now she's dead. Fuse box is ok. I don't know were to look for damage...

Did you check the main fuse? Normally it's not in the fuse box. I don't know about that particular bike, but on every other bike that I've owned, the main fuse is together with the starter motor relay. Follow the main positive cable from the battery; the first gadget that it leads to is that starter motor relay. There should be a fuse built into that relay housing - that's the main power fuse.

I sure hope you popped the main power fuse before the smoke came out of the rectifier. If the key wasn't switched on when you did this, the instrument panel and EFI ECU should survive. Once you get the bike going, make sure the charging system is working (14 - 15 volts across battery with engine running).

Did you check the main fuse? (probably on/near the starter solenoid)

No I did not. I'll go check it now. Thanks guys. :)

Thanks again it was main fuse located in starter relay. It sounded like blown fuse, but i didn't know what to think about it.
But this is not end of the story! When i pushed starter button, much louder "clank" occurred! Battery blowed up !!! Lid popped up. And it doesn't hold charge any more... :)

Just out of curiosity, how did you manage to reverse the cables? Usually there's only one way to install the battery and have both cables reach the terminals at the same time.
