Hyosung Owners where do you get your parts from...

Attention all Hyosung owners, where are you fellow riders getting your parts from, are TO cycle and Motorcycle City the only 2 dealers in Ontario? I need new passenger pegs and I don't want to pay $100 for them. I know I can order online (which I have been doing) but waiting almost 3 weeks for the parts is killing me. Do any of you know which parts are interchangeable from Suzuki that are a match without to much modification? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

T.O and Motorcycle City are the only dealers in the GTA. There is also Mitchell Cycle west of London.

You're gonna have to wait for parts no matter which way you go. It's one of the drawbacks of Hyosung's.

Check korider.com for parts interchangeability but I doubt anything is a direct swap.

I ordered my parts through WhyGoStock - it took forever to reach me but I got vortex handlebars after the oem snapped and richmondhill dealer was asking $139+tax for each.

got pedals, brake assembly, light switch, vortex handlebars $275 at my door step after almost a month. It's a pain in the ***. :(

Don't most Hyosungs have clip ons? Clip on replacement bars are like $20 each, as far as I am aware.

I just use eBay for all my parts, just have to bite the bullet with wait times as most of the parts you'd need to wait regardless of where you get them from.

its hard to find Hyousong parts, I think there is 2 dealers in all of Ontario for em

Green, don't be an elitist d-bag. The OP's a fellow rider and just asking for advice.

Cheapest place for Hyo prices I've heard about is http://www.richardhyosunggvgt.com
sorry not being an elitist- just these things are poorly made, best advice is to dump it and stop wasting money on repairs- better off in the long run. I believe Hyosungs should fall under the Lemon law if enough owners got together to petition

No Lemon Law in Canada... Even in the US, motorcycles dont fall under lemon law on most states.

just retire your junk and buy a real bike
Have you ever owned or operated one? Or are you going by what others have to say? I bought this "Junk Bike" because it costs nothing to operate. I pay less then a week and half worth of gas in my car to operate it for a month including insurance.

all these problems to save $300. was it worth it?
I haven't had any mechanical issues with it yet and I put 15,000 km on it last season, commuting 100 km's everyday. The bike gets me from point A to B, same as yours.

I find that Hyosungs are pretty well made easy to maintain and a lot of fun. I'm asking for parts for general maintenance because I actually ride my bike not pose with it. For what I paid for it, I'm getting my moneys worth.
When I decide to buy a "Real Bike" I will be sure to bring it by for your approval so you can tell me and the millions of other riders around the world what a real bike is.
