How to remove this racing tail?

Hi, I just got this bike, it's a 1995 CBR900RR Fireblade, is anyone fimilar with this racing tail? I have hard time removing it, I took all the screws out, but the tail just won't move... Please help.

Any bolts underneath from the plate holder?

One bolt, but it wouldn't come off, it just keep spinning, i think there's a nut behind it. The plate underneath tail moves freely when I took all screws out, so I don't think that bolt is screwed on frame.

pry the fiberglass piece apart....put your hands where the rear sets are and pull it over the tail...

think about it as opening a can with a plastic lid....
