Although get new onece every season - after a couple of mths or riding (and sometimes being caught in the rain) - my (leather) gloves get sort of stickiness on the inside, which I feel especially on the hot days like this. I use the small, well ventilated summer ones...Beside the 'wash your hands" advice which I do more than often - any real idea how to keep the glove insides fresh and clean? Just not feeling to buy new sets every second mth...

Greatly appreciate any ideas!

I believe you can use a gentle shampoo or soap, one that is suitable for infants. Let then dry naturally, dont put them in the oven or dryer. I believe its best to sit them infront of a fan to help the drying process.

Once they're dry apply some sort of leather conditioner to restore any lost oils.

Here's what I posted in another thread .......

"Airing them out in a breeze should work. What I found works, for my gloves at least, is keeping them over my a/c vents. Good circulation of cool dry air tends to get rid of the moisture and therefore the smell." Air them out after every ride and it should be ok. If you don't have lines, then try them out. feels better then the sticky feeling you get.

You can use febreeze if you can't take he lining out, then air them out.
