how tight should my gloves be?

16.5 ft lbs.....same as your drain plug!

If they are brand new gloves they need time to fit to your hands.

IMO They should be snug without restricting freedom of movement. Comfortable but tight enough to allow good control over throttle/brake/clutch and not fall off in a crash. That said, my leather gloves felt tight at first but I was still able to stretch my fingers out. They broke in nicely after a few months.

fairly tight, but if your hands get numb holding the bars, then they might be too tight (cutting off circulation). Mine are a tad too tight, but I only really notice it if I am stuck in traffic with the clutch in a lot.

If the gloves don't fit. You must acquit..

Some gloves have pre-curved fingers and aren't meant to fully extend...

Select middle finger, point up to 12 o'clock, if said finger is straight, gloves fine.

Hi, I got a bit of a stupid question......my gloves seem to fit pretty good but i can't fully extend my thumb all the way (spreading all my fingers as far as i can) just wondering if I'm suppose to be able to or not?

thanks for the help.

Outstanding. Can't wait for your 7th.

Generally, if they're tight putting them on with your fingers extended straight out, while riding, with your fist/hand balled up, they'll get even tighter. You don't want the fitment of the gloves taking your attention away from riding. If you're constantly aware/reminded of the tight feel, they're too tight! If so, I recommend going up a size or trying a different brand of gloves as fits will vary somewhat..

I'm still undecided if the last set of gloves I bought are the correct fit. They feel fine but when I use the signal lights I can feel a little extra material getting in the way and it dulls my sense of touch. Too tight is obviously an issue but don't over compensate in the other direction.

I fear for the youth of our once proud nation. Can't figure out **** all for themselves. Sad.
