How much to paint track plastics?

How much did everyone pay to paint their fairings including tank? Just a ballpark figure. They don't need to be the best paintjob ever since it will probably meet the ground at some point. And I'm not partial to rattlecan jobs either.

About 500 without the tank, but this person will do an awesome job, not a half *** job

My bike came with spray bombed Armour bodies fairings, apparently it's next to impossible to get it off so I sent them to one of the body shops we deal with and he said he will have to manually sand the fairings, which is incredibly time consuming.
I'm paying 500$ to do the upper, lower, tail, front and tank cover.

Thats about right. If the body is new and doesnt take to much prep I do them for 4-500 depending on colour. Some colours are more expensive.
Yes getting rattle can off is a PIA and very time consuming.

How adverse are you to painting them yourself? You could rent a spray booth and try your hand at it.
