How long do traffic/parking court appearances last?

Does anyone have any experience fighting parking tickets?

I have a date and time set for tomorrow but I also have a flight in the evening and I don't want to risk missing that in case the court thing takes forever.
I know they schedule a number of people for the same time and it would be largely based on luck as well but I wanted to send out the feelers out there and see if anyone has any experience.
