How are you guys making signature pics

I have noticed some of you guys have some pretty sweet signature pictures. Just wondering what program you guys are using to make them? I have something in mind but not sure of a good program to make it with.

I don't make 'em any more, but way back when I did, I always used Photoshop.

I was hoping maybe there was a website you could easily make them on. I see photobucket has some options but guess Ill have to go the photoshop way.

Just google image pink fairies, there's alot of premade ones, and it'll save you the time and brainache in creating one.
