Is there a bricks and mortar shop that's reasonably near Brantford where I would be able to purchase the HC-7150175 shim kit?

This particular kit includes 5 (7.48mm) shims of each size -
1.50, 1.55, 1.60, 1.65, 1.70, 1.75mm Shims

Sturgess Cycle on King Street in Hamilton carries a variety of shims - and they do sell them individually as well, so you don't need to necessarily buy the whole kit - just the ones you need.
