Honda Service

Markham Outdoor Power (Markham and 16th) has always been good to me. Some people have had issues with the staff but I've always been treated well. Had my bike serviced there a few times with no complaints either.
 
I ride there from downtown because I trust their service. I've only used them a couple of times, but no complaints. If you book in advance you can get the service while you wait I think. It's worth the time for me because of the distance. They have a decent selection of stock, (bikes, accessories), that you can waste time perusing.

If I was ever going to buy a new bike they would be on my short list.
 
I bought my phantom from Markham Outdoor Power & had first service there. After that I've had a hard time getting a straight answer out of their staff for any question. I was basically told to leave my bike & they'll call me in a week to tell me when they are going to work on it. The service person would not even give me a rough estimate on time/labour unless I paid $200 for an estimate.

I've used Ready Honda (Mississauga) & 109Cycle (Danforth) without any complaints. Frekeyguy offered to help out but schedules didn't work out.

Markham Outdoor Power is a great dealership---I highly recommend them.

Just remember, this will be a busy time for any good place---they may be backed-up with work. Then again, they may not because this Spring has been so bloody cold.
