Please help i just spot a little oil dripping at the caliper and there's a small puddle on the floor. The bike was bought new last year still has factory warranty.
I just don't know if this part is cover though

Where the fluid is currently in your picture is located at the slider pin i think, that part has no fluid.

Fluid must be dripping down from somewhere else.

I dont know just took a picture because I saw the oil around there where should i look? and
what i dont understand is why now ? the bike was put away late October and nothing happened until now.

First of all it will be warranty, and second is it brake fluid or oil? Oil will feel greasy on your fingers and brake fluid is thinner and has a much less slippery feel. If it is oil some likely got spilled on there somehow.

You may have a leak coming out through the pistons. try this...

1. Wipe the caliper clean with a rag.
2. Pump the breaks.
3. see if fluid comes out or not

If it does not then, ur problem is solved. If it does , then you need to open ur caliper and see where the leak is coming from. Maybe it's the hose fitting going into the caliper....

But if it's under warranty then I would not be worried about this.

ok after inspecting the caliper and all the lines, they look ok and dry, but i found a drip forming on top of the caliper so i look around the fork and found the rubber piece is oily so my guess is the hydraulic is leaking????

so what should i do now? ?

Again is it oil or brake fluid? Should have been your first check. Oil is probably fork seals take it in for warranty.

Find this out quick. Brake fluid will melt paint and that won't be covered under warranty.

Why aren't you consulting your warranty and dealer instead of us? any type of leaks on a bike is not good, call in your warranty, you are lucky to have a warranty! use it

Thanks for pointing him in the right direction. He has contacted us and we will check it out for him. Always when in doubt ask your dealer especially when it has warranty.

I can't really tell either from the pictures definitively what it may be. Could be fork oil as suggested but you see that everywhere else usually. The one picture on the fork lower you would see it all down the caliper hanger. The bleeder screw as pictured may possible just need a quick snug up as that could be what is weeping if that's where it's coming from.

In the mean time if you ever see suspected brake fluid leaking or weeping use a water soaked cloth to clean it up right away and leave it hanging on the suspected point of origin until you get it to us and or you dealer.
