Hello everyone. I got my M1 3 weeks ago and got the bike on the road 3 days ago.
It is actually my brothers bike. He bought it a few years back but never rode it.
So last month I was wondering why I was not riding it. So I got my m1 and insured his 2003 Derbi GPR50R (yes, 49cc
) for $32 full coverage w $500 deductible. I'm over 25.
I'll have to say, the 2003 looks waaaay better than the newer bug-faced models imho.
It's a blast to ride. I got it up to just over 102kph more than a few times. Nice thing about it that it has 6 gears so I can learn the standard basics.
Yes, it is 2-stroke, but no need to premix as it has a separate oil tank.
