Ahaha, just hope that the license plate is on that front bumper. + the person beside him stayed as a witness as well.

You are surprised? isn't that much different here sadly. Remember, lanesplitting and doing 50 over will get you into much more trouble than killing someone while operating a vehicle too =P

he fled the scene of an accident! $100 fine? even if there wasn't much damage... he fled the scene... can't you go to jail for that? i can't remember.

Don't know the law too well, but wouldn't that mean if you hit and run from an accident you go to jail? I don't see that happening to ppl who tip/back into our bikes :@
