just saw a flash of it on CP24, cant find the story online

black sportbike, downtown hit and run.

rider broke his leg, they tracked down the motorist who left the scene

Yeah apparently it was a male late 40s early 50s driving drunk that resulted in a hit and run.
Supposedly he was caught.
