Because the cop just went right by him! And he wasn't exactly inconspicuous on his rear wheel, the cop was obviously half-blind.

lol, it was pretty funny. The way he hid himself infront of the bus waiting for the cop to pass then does a wheelie and follows behind the cop.

That vid was pretty funny but I would not try or recommend it. One wrong move and that gun would of been toast!
