Why in the hell would people want to INCREASE their mileage without actually riding?
 
It should be sold as a kit with 600 grit sand paper to take care of those chicken strips, and rashed foot peg feelers.
 
Hopefully you would be able to install that backwards.

I can just see the kijiji ad now.

200K kms, brand new showroom condition with original tires, brakes and blinker fluid.
 
I just saw the "optional electronic speedo adjuster, reads up to 2x real speed $89.95". Classic, you can't get much better than this ad.
 
I guess it saves on gas....
 
I'm developing a version of the potato gun so you can shoot bugs and flies at your headlamp and leathers while your in the comfort of your garage.

The gun will be cheap enough, I'll make a killing on the insects, yeah, thats my hook..........
