Considering the same helmet for me as well, tried it on in the store and seemed like a great fit. Don't forget a jacket, pants and boots.

Read thorough all the stickies, and waiting to finish my rider training course before going on the public streets. Tons of great info on here.

I have a set of tough leather boots, and for pants ill ride with a good denim jeans. Shopping around for a good price on a jacket, but I do have a good leather to make it through rider training.

The helmet is great, a little wider than than the other shoei I tried in the shop. Just make sure to get the fit right for your head. I've been at the but end of many a jokes from my roommates who've seen my do everything from cooking, killing spiders and doing my laundry breaking it in.
