Just thought I'd say hi, name's Dave and I'm 22yo.
I'm more of a cruiser/harley guy but a buddy of mine recently gave me a non-running 97 YZF600R so it looks like I'll be learning on a sport bike.
I'm working to get it running(carb problems and drop damage) hopefully within a few weeks.
Just got my M1 and I'm hoping to get my M2 by the end of the summer.
Unfortunately, insurance might be an issue(I'm a bit broke) and I might not get to ride much/if at all this season
Use to ride a little 125cc dirt bike when I was a kid but I know nothing about street bikes.
Hoping to learn lots from the more experienced crowd here.
