Hi folks,
I haven't ridden in your area and probably won't anytime soon, but I joined this forum because I found a thread from this forum about my soon-to-be new bike and joined to get input on it, info on getting accessories and so on. .
Within a couple of weeks I should get delivery of a Honda CBF600S, 2010-11 model, brand new off the showroom floor. The bike is rare in Japan, sold mainly in Europe, is not sold in the U.S. (where I am from) but is (or was) available in Canada. Don't have pix of it yet, but mine happens to have the same paint scheme and looks just like this one: http://tinyurl.com/mtetack
This will be my ninth bike over 35 or so years (from my current ride to my first bike):
I am switching from the KLE to the new bike to get a better fairing and more highway umph.
RR

I hope to connect up in this forum with any owners of this bike. This will be my ninth bike over 35 or so years (from my current ride to my first bike):
2000 KLE400, 2003 Voyager XII, 1991 Voyager XII, 2004 Shadow 1100, 1980 R65, 1984 KLR650, 197? Norton Commando 850 and a 197? Honda CB350
. (There was a 20-year hiatus between the BMW and the Shadow. . .)I am switching from the KLE to the new bike to get a better fairing and more highway umph.
Here's a fun review of the CBF600sa (anti-lock version), 1st of 2 parts, by a British sports biker kid who dislikes the looks but gives it grudging respect for how it rides:
