Getting my first bike this Saturday but its kinda scuffed, but I'm getting a really good deal. Does anyone know a cheap place I can get it restored, and also a cheap place for a jacket and helmet?

Not sure what you mean by restored. However, if you need repairs to the bike you could try West End Cycle in Caledon. I've had tires installed there and a friend has had work done on his bike.

As for riding gear Royal Distributing seems to have good prices and you can order online as well.

Welcome, +1 for royal distributing for riding gear. Even better if you can get your gear at one of their big tent events. I got one of my helmets there on huge clearance for 40 bucks. Good luck and ride safe
