So I have 2 accidents on record since 2009. 1 in car, my fault -winter storm and 2nd one 2010 was clearly not my fault -got hit on my bike AND labeled at fault, long story. 2 minor tickets coming off soon. Since Jevco switched to Intact they are now not insuring me. 32 yrs old, 2008 R6. Getting M in spring. Any help on brokers or companies I can talk to is much appreciated!!! NEED TO RIDE.

Jevco insured an '08 R6? Thats a surprise in itself already...

I heard that some people with Facility get rates that aren't half bad...

I'm in the same boat as you. My 2nd accident clearly wasn't my fault but according to the insurance rules & regulations I am 100% at fault and I didn't even make a claim for any damages. I'm trying to find insurance for my Busa but I think I'll be looking at around $4k/yr

Clearly it wasn't your fault if you fell exactly into the 100% at fault catergory. lol

Can you fight the claim you say you are not at fault with? Argue the claim, see if you can make a change. I know from personal experience that no insurance company will insure you with 2 at faults within 6 years.

I have one at fault and one not at fault on my record, and StateFarm gave me a reasonable quote but stated that I would not be eligble for motorcycle insurance if I had 2 at fault accidents.

I was just starting to back into a parking spot and a chick rear ended me while she was yapping on her phone. An eyewitness even told my insurance company it was the girl's fault.

Go read up on Regulation 668 of the Insurance Act for Fault Determination Rules. 50/50 in a parking lot or private property is a myth.

I never said parking lot accidents are 50/50 because i know they arent, your problem is that you were reversing and your car made contact with the car behind you, regardless of what she was doing. If you weren't in backwards motion I would agree with you.

Edit: read 19a of your own link, it states if you are reversing in a parking lot you are 100% at fault.
