Help: Transporting a motorcycle

Hey guys I woke up this morning to go for a ride and my rear wheel was flat. Scoped the wheel and found a nail :(. I need to get it to a shop and was wondering how I should do this. I don't want to spend too much money on transporting. U-Haul charges 75 bucks. EMS wants $110 for taking it from my house to Kahuna Power Sports(15 minutes). I'm sure many have had this situation. Any other more efficient method? I wonder if CAA helps motorists!:lmao:

Mushroom plug. I keep the kit and a little compressor on the bike.

Pump up tire at home, ride to Kahuna? If you don't have a compressor, there are pretty cheap 12V ones.
Better yet, if you have a rear stand, remove tire/rim, take it to a shop. It's not that hard.

Do a temp fix and ride to Kahuna

If your bike has tubeless tires, you will be good to go in an hour, for under $40.
At Canadian Tire, get a small 12-volt air pump and a tire-plugging kit. Follow the
directions that come with each, and your tire will be almost as good as new.

If you use tubes, you need a way to remove the rear wheel and take just that
to a dealer who can sell you a new tube and remove+reinstall your tire. Then
bring it home and put it on. This is a learning experience, and not fun. Just do it.

probably too late to help you out but why dont you just leave the nail and pump the tire sufficiently with a bicycle pump. go to a gas station and pump it up good, then off to tire shop. If its my bike, i will just go to walmart and buy the tire repair kit.they are like ropes with glue on them. Keep in mind though that the safest repair on a motorcycle tire is always shop repair.

Do you not have a car? take the wheel off and drive or have a friend drive you to the dealer.

Yes, CAA helps motorists.
Wow, Did not know that. Maybe I'll call them first. If that doesn't workout I'll try what majority are suggesting.
Thanks for the tips. I think i'll try to fill the tire up with air since it's leaking slowly and ride it down to the shop.
