Hello
One of my friend's told me that my suspension on the new bike is not good and needs to be adjusted, the exact words were that it is "soft". Also heard that someone on these forums is good at adjusting/tuning.(does it for living).... could someone please provide a contact name and phone # for the individual?
Regards

Disregard anything Gary tells you. :)

So Riders Choice adjusted the Suspension, they are great! Definitely made a difference, once I ride more, I will be able to tell but definitely bike is more firm when I am riding..... It's definitely worth having Riders Choice Check for suspension......... on all bikes! They are set differently...

How much did they charge for the setup? I've been meaning to go.

Did you need an appointment?

$50... and worth it! They adjusted it and asked me to ride and bring it back if required more adjustment.

I mean no offense, but how would the lay-person know if "more" adjustment was needed?

If you knee what adjustments needed to be done, wouldn't you just do them?

I mean, you could go back and say, "I keep getting air and nose diving over these bumpy train tracks", and it's not like the suspension tuner could then apply more bumpy train track attenuation.

Wouldn't the suspension tuner either need to take it for a ride himself/herself, or watch you ride it over said bumps/obstacles to get a proper understanding of what tunning will work to remedy the improper tuning?

Agreed, again, I am not technical at all, I did ask them as to what I should look for and they gave me some pointers.
