I don't think you should be learning how to drag knee on the street, but since you'll be at the track here's what I'm seeing:
You're not hanging off the bike enough. The biker in the 2nd photo has his left butt cheek completely off the bike and he's resting his bodyweight on his right knee against the right side of the bike. If you look at your picture, there is a huge space between your right knee and the bike. Also, move your upper body so your helmet is kissing your left mirror. Look at where his left shoulder is in comparison to yours.
You can lean the bike a bit further. The Killboy photo has been rotated counter-clockwise by quite a bit. If you rotate the picture back so the trees are vertical, you'll see he has much more lean angle than you do. This is just a product of more speed and more counter-steering.
Tuck those toes in (your sig picture)! As you lean further, those will be the first thing that scrape and you don't want that to be the limiting factor. More important for your inside foot, most racers will hook their outside heel on the peg for better stability, but your inside toe has to be clear of the ground to give you more clearance for more lean angle.
Again, I wouldn't recommend practicing this on the street. Hanging off is an aggressive, committed riding position in a corner and doesn't give you much recovery options should a car, animal or child runs out in the road in front of you.
