Royal had Agv helmets for a while. Not sure if it was just the innisfil location or everyone.
 
I went up to the innisfil location, and they had a limited selection left. There isn't a Canadian distributor for AGV anymore (as far as I'm told).
 
GP Bikes used to carry some AGV helmets (The K3 was one of them). I was able to order spare visors through them,

They may be able to order what you're looking for.
 
sometimes the manufacturer websites will have locations where their products are sold, you could try that and give calls to places you find who cary the brand and see if they specifically have what your looking for.
 
Riders Choice has some AGV helmets mostly Rossi replicas tho $$$$. And a full selection of Shoei and Arai. For Bell Star you may have luck at Parker Brothers in Toronto, or GP Bikes.

How much is AGV GP-Tech in mono black at Riders Choice?

Bell Star Carbon Cerwinske is $749.99 at GP Bikes lol anywhere cheaper?
