Haven't been able to find a local AGV distributor but for the Bell helmet, Competition Cycle in Whitby stocks them at great prices
 
Royal Distributing in Whitby/Oshawa had agv helmets last time I was there a couple of months ago, don't know if they have the specific models you list though, I got the feeling they did a end of line buy because they were heavily discounted.
 
Basically every store has helmets, it depends on what brands you're after. Tyler at Sturgess can get most brands in as far as I remember (except AGV) but nobody can touch Competition's pricing on Bell products. As carman said, Royal has a very good variety, just doesn't have AGV.

Royal does have AGV helmets
