does anyone know if they allow helmet mounted camera for m licence road test. if not does anyone know why not. anyone had any experience regarding this.
you could be right but if that was the case than why would be so many manufactures be selling them for that purpose only.
There are all sorts of helmets in the world, not just motorcycle helmets. And there are some motorcycle helmets that aren't used on public roads, so the helmet laws don't apply.you could be right but if that was the case than why would be so many manufactures be selling them for that purpose only.
it makes it more safer to ride when you have cameras recording no matter where you are on your motorcycle and its also a fact that certain number of people fail the road test even though there may not have been enough reason for them to fail. if you have a front and back faceing cameras on your helmet than atleast you see can after which mistakes caused you to fail.
are you a tester with the ministry. if you call someone an idiot and if its on his camera than the tester would get in trouble but if its illegal than the tester can inform to you nicely and ask you to take them off than you can ask him nicely to show you where does it say that it is so. In this day and age if someone has a problem with a camera than it makes you wonder if they want to fail you and are afraid that the cameras will show no mistake on your part and than you may challenge your fail.
I think it was sarcasm......
besides, it is illegal to have a camera mounted on your helmet.

If it is truly illegal can someone please post something official stating that? Unless I am just commuting I typically have my Drift mounted to my helmet, especially if I am heading to or coming back from a ride up north. Never had any issues passing any police yet, and I do find other cars/drivers behave better around me when they think they are being recorded (even if not).

ok thanks as this post clearly says that they can charge you for attaching a camera to your helmet. any idea about attaching them to your bike because i think that camera with vibration is still much better than having no camera at all.
