How the heck is this allowed!?!?!?

How the heck is this allowed!?!?!?

What allowed? Do you think there should be a law stating the number of motorcycles allowed to be in one place at one time. It sounds like they are in communication with the Police to try and keep everyone on the same page to keep things smooth. Sure they could set up a check-point and impound everyone's bikes for modified exhausts but I doubt those lines of communication would be open next time. The police know what the plan is and can make their own plan accordingly now.

It’s not allowed. But the alternative is they don’t let them know, do it anyway, and make things worse for everyone.

Then next time they don’t reach out, and it’ll be much worse.

Saw a gaggle of about 20-30 heading eastbound on the 401 through Guelph/Hwy 6 this morning.

No local constabulary in tow, but meh?

The news sites sure love it, anything with them in the headline must get a ton of clicks. I don't get what the big deal is, people acting like these guys are going to be bringing bricks of drugs and doing deals to one another over the picnic tables? Other than police surveilling and taking photos of guys in vests talking to one another drinking beer there's not much more to see. Have had some good times partying at Hamilton clubhouse

At least one crash so far. Minor injuries on the 404 but transported to hospital. GWS rider.

EDIT:
Completely unrelated but there are some fat white guys riding without helmets on the highways in the pack. Most riders are wearing open face. There are a surprising number of 3/4 helmets. I was expecting mostly "DOT" beanies.

You guys remember that HA are criminals, right?

Not all of them. Even if it was all, I don't like seeing a rider get hurt. If they got shot doing something criminal I wouldn't care but from everything I have seen they have been behaving and mostly law abiding in this procession (similar behaviour to the unrelated people around them).

I'm not talking about the accident you mention, rather the people not understanding why anyone would have a problem with them congregating in public. Not that I'm saying that trying to stop it would be a good idea

If you ask the supreme court of Canada, the HA is a criminal enterprise
Fair enough. Is wearing a vest sufficient for a conviction though? Normally that's an add-on charge or used on leaders they cant get anything else to stick to.

A former national president of another bikie gang, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the colours ban was a trivial matter that would have no impact on the survival of a worldwide subculture that has been under the eye of law enforcement for decades.

“We haven’t worn our club gear around for years. We know we’re in a fishbowl,” he said. “Realistically, they’ve forced us underground as it is. Why do you need to wear them around anyway?

“The ones that wear their colours or their club stuff into shopping centres to intimidate families and kids are the cunts who caused all of this in the first place, who need the bikie fuckin’ stuff to make them look important.

“We don’t have to have something written on us to say, hey, look at me, I’m a tough ****.

“So it doesn’t bother the real men, who are here to stay, no matter how hard the laws get. Don’t give a ****, brother.”

Leave it to the Aussies, who have such ways with words :)

Canada's version of RICO
Being a "member" isn't ACTUALLY illegal, but IF you do something illegal while being a HA, it is a conspiracy.
