Hey guys (and gurls), new to the forums and GTA motorcycles... I'm going for my humber course this weekend to get my M2 and learn how to ride properly...

I'm looking for a new bike and really looking for a Ninja 400R (EX 400). Any one know where I can get a good deal?

I've been looking through the forum and I don't see anyone who can give a good deal (unless I'm not looking hard enough). Typically there's one key person who can give the bike or car which I'm typically used to at an unbeatable price across town.

Anyone able to refer me to someone on the thread?

Anyways can't wait to start riding!!!

The 400r is a brand new bike for 2011, so you're not likely to find one used. I've been calling around (as I'm a new rider looking for a 400r as well) and Snow City seems to have it cheapest at 6995 + tax with no freight or PDI (contrary to Kahuna who wanted about an extra $500-600). I've obviously never bought a motorcycle before so I don't know if you can negotiate or not, but I've gotten the general impression that most dealers charge MSRP and it's pretty much set (someone please correct me if I'm wrong).

Kawasaki also has a promotion on right now (until June 30, I believe) for 4.9% financing or $100 off (but not both).

I'm doing my course on the 12th in Bowmanville then heading down to Snow City on the following Tuesday or Wednesday to go buy one =)

Giesen, i know Kahuna has some negociation room when they sell. I think you may be able to get something, just not much...

i was hoping i could get the 400r maybe used to save a few bucks.. otherwise might just go with a 250r if i can get one around 3K. i'm looking for one around 3K or under.

anyways nice to come on board. I finished my course this past weekend. It was alot of fun but be prepared to be tired the first night and aching in pain lol.
