Hi everyone,
I was told this site was a pretty laid back, and informative spot for Ontario riders to hang out and shoot the breeze, and after reading through a lot of the posts already I'd have to agree. Seems like a very friendly bunch of people.
I don't know how much detail is expected in these intro posts, so I'll try not to go on and on. I live in Niagara, went for my beginner's a bit over a month ago, passed my safety course last week, and am desperately searching for a bike now... I mean, really... it can't happen soon enough... I am hooked . I have actually been researching bikes and checking Kijiji like a maniac since I wrote my M1, so I have a decent idea of what I am looking for.
I am sort of torn between getting a Ninja 500, Ninja 650, and Suzuki SV650. So I'm going to post in the General Discussion, or equivalent forum, to get some input and listen to some experienced riders talk about their experiences with these bikes.
Anyways... I am pretty thrilled to find a local forum, AND to find that there are groups that go for rides in my city... too wicked. Can't wait to get riding!
Congrats on the great forum!!
