Hi guys, great to see a big community here online!
Im john, just got my first bike. Kawasaki 250zzr. Its a blast, I really have no clue why anyone would want a 600 or 1000. Im sure once I start to crack open the throttle and feel a lack of power, I will outgrow this 250, but I feel like a speed demon atm! Going from 20-60 in 2 seconds really gets the adrenaline going for me! Dont laugh!
I took the motorcycle safety course at humber college, unfortunate for me I failed the M2. I have a very good excuse though, I wasnt wearing my prescription, during the test. All weekend long we trained using big orange cones, and they were much easier to see than broken/faded white lines. I really wished they woulda told us there would be no pylon lanes during the M2 test.
Anyway Ive now realized that having 20/20 vision on a bike is a MUST. Driving at speeds of 60km/h, debris could really go unnoticed until its too late.
