Hey ripper, haven't seen you around in a long time, you and the boys from that neck of the woods still riding track? I only ever see the englishman out, and once in a while one or two others. Going to the gap again this once year.
There is some small talk of doing a trip to the Gap this year .. I will see if anyone is interested. I want to take a few friends down there who have never been. Arranging Vacation times is a hassle. We didn't do any trip last year... but the year before we went to West Virginia for some different roads.
Colin was the only one of us doing track last year. He has told me he has seen you. He tells me your getting fast. Still riding the Honda CBR 1000? I am going to try to get out at least a couple times but no promises. I will probably work if I get the chance. I need the money.
I am in the middle of building my 2nd SRAD Sleeper (600 with a 1000 motor) with the help of some friends in St Thomas ... I may sell it to buy some BST wheels or Give to my brother.
There are a few of us that get together for Bike Nights (garage potluck social events) and Wing nights in the off season. One of my friends even has a CNC machine who is interested in making bike parts if anyone has a cool and unique (marketable) Idea. He made the motor mounts for my SRAD Sleepers.
I still have the house in Strathroy... but I'm separated and not living there..... so everything is on hold with regards to building bikes/trackdays/vacations.
SteamR is in Newfoundland but says he wants to come back to visit and do some track days
Newfie is interested in doing some track days
Johny916 (friend of Colin's the englishman) has a 848 he hasn't tried on the track
Starky wants to get another bike for street/track duty
Beist (a new friend) just got a track bike and wants to try track
Firby even said last year he may try track again
Alex and Kelly got married and they do the odd track day
