SO I got my M1 Aug 27th... i was hoping to do my Riding Training Course at Centennial (even spoke the the Program Coordinator, she said they had room ) but the college staff workers strike was on so i couldn't pay at registration ( i hate paying for things online )

well I've contacted "Learning Curves" and I'm hoping to get in the next available class ....

Didn't wanna buy a bike without proper lessons to take it home

If all goes well (fingers crossed ) by next week I can get my NINJA250:eek: and enjoy the last bit of riding season

cant wait to get riding

Welcome :) And you should be able to get in. The classes have been just shy of 15. Can always ask to be on standby? Sometimes the classes are full and then we get noshows.

Welcome!!

Welcome! You are going to have a great weekend. Be prepared to be very tired tomorrow night. I took the course at Sheridan at the beginning of August. I'm riding a Yamaha Virago 250.

I had my bike before the course, its was night and day after. The tips and techniques were so useful, every day I rode home I felt a little more secure. You'll have a blast.

Picked up my bike today. First time on public roads. Thanks to ' Learning Curves ' the skills I learned gave me the knowledge and confidence to take her home. I'll admit I was a bit nervous, it was rush hour from Kahuna to my area (25 Km) Woooooooooooooo

Congrats!! As for traffic it royally sucks but I play mental games and use it as a chance to work on my clutch control and see how slow I can go without putting my feet down. Playing with clutch and back break.

Makes traffic more bareable and Id rather it on the bike then my car anyday!

Enjoy, let the fun begin.
