My first house with the ex was in Meadowvale, a little in-fill subdivision of semi-detached on the NW corner of Derry and Winston Churchill...our first full summer there (1995), I organized a street party and convinced Mayor Hazel to attend...she came, cut a big, huge red ribbon that I got somewhere and released a bunch of balloons...she even hung around and visited with the kids/families...there's a picture of us/write up from the local paper around somewhere in my things...RIP HAZEL
