Wandering what people are paying to insure a Hayabusa? Are these a black listed bike? They seem to
be classified as a sport-touring model.

All depends on Insurance Company.
My understanding is they list them differently.
State Farm seems to be most "reasonable"....class all bikes based on displacement.
I have 6 vehicles insured with them, 45 yrs old and M licence for 24 yrs.
Located in GTA, 2003 Busa full coverage, $92 mos.

Why not look for another insurance company?

I may call a few places but not ready to pay like $1500 a year.
My 1998 Honda VTR1000 is $397 a year

If you wanna play, you gotta pay!!
TD Primmum upped my premium from $1100 to $1500 for no apparent reason on my '09 Busa.
I switched to Allstate and saved $500. (must be over 30 and have full "M").
They also saved me on the house, truck & car.

You won't find any insurance close to $397 / yr on a Hayabusa. Dude I sold it to, is paying $1500 and he has a few tickets, and an M2.

Damn that's a nice rate. I'm over 30, my VTR through TD Meloche Monnex is just under $1100 Who are you through?

my insurance is $720 per year 1st Gen full coverage. Full M, spotless record and some discounts with TD :D

1425 a year full coverage for a 2012 Busa.

M2 since 2010.clean record.
