Half helmet for M2 exit

I’m looking for opinions from anyone who has taken their M2 exit with a half helmet. Could you hear the directions? Should I wear my full helmet instead? It’s going to be warm outside and I want to be comfortable. Secondly I always wear my “shorty” and never wear my full helmet.

What your opinion?

Please no Flaming about wearing half helmets..Save that for another thread!:cool:

You might have to tape the earpeice in place, and I would expect you'll have a hard time hearing much on the highway section.

He's not asking if he'll not be allowed to take the test, he's asking if he'll be able to hearing them through the earpiece
 
Masking tape will become your best friend.
 
Just took the road test with my half helmet. I wore a cheap pair of head phones (bought on a plane to watch a movie) over their earpiece to hold it in place. I also wore an earplug in my other ear. I had Zero problems and could even hear him on the highway. Thanks for the replies.. and yes I passed
