Guardian Bell on your bikes

I searched and didn't find a thread about one.

Anyone else rocks one on their bike? My friend gave me one, kinda too late since it was after my wipe out (Only works if someone gives it to you). I think it's a nice way to show someone that you care about them. I give one to all my boys who ride.

"Legend has it that Evil Road Spirits have been latching themselves on to
motorcycles for as long as there have been bikes on the road. These Evil Road
Spirits are responsible for mechanical problems and bad luck along a
journey.
Legend goes on to say that by attaching a small bell onto
your bike, the Evil Road Spirits will become trapped inside the bell where the
constant ringing drives them insane, making them lose their grip until they fall
to the ground. (Ever wonder where potholes come from?)
Legend also has it that the mystery of the Guardian™ Bell carries twice as much power when
it is purchased by a friend or loved one and given as a gift.
Show someone how much you care. Offer them defense against the Evil Road Spirits!
Give a Guardian™ Bell and share the Legend of Good Luck it offers to a
motorcycle and its rider!"

Ride safe!

Its a nice little trinket. But I dont belive in spirits and Magic. You can only trust your self to be safe.

But i might rock one if someone gave it to me as a gift its a nice sentiment.

When I bought my current bike it was a week or two until I looked under the seat. There was a little keychain sized "hang ten" fist under it. I'm fake superstitious, I don't believe it'll help anything but it's fun to just let it be, and when I sell the bike it'll go with it.

A friend gave me one, it's always hanging on my bike

adds weight and reduces gas mileage

Idiotic.
Hang some tinsel on the bike too, maybe a set of bull horns on the front fender and a bible strapped to the gas tank.

Relax it's just a legend and a good thing to show someone that you care.

Awesome and completely true. Morans and their money making superstitions.

"Do you even spell bro?"

My bike had one on it when I bought it. Had no idea what it was for, or why it was there so I ripped it off and chucked it. Atleast I know the story behind it now, thanks.

Great marketing for the bell makers....

I had a sticker I got in Tokyo at some temple. It was supposed to be stuck on a vehicle for good luck, basically the same thing as the bell. Nice as a souvenir, but that's about all.

I thought every time a bell rung, an angel got their wings????

This gives me a good idea.
I can pay some homeless people to ring a bunch of big loud bells on the sidewalks in front of certain places.
They would be doing to help the angels get their wings of course:p
