In order to entice some out of towners from the west end to finally make a trip out, I propose K1 Speed in Mississauga. Pricing is $68/person.

Please confirm if you`re in for dinner well so I can book the reservation. Going with @Soulcatcher668 suggestion; looks decent and it's literally down the street from K1. Anyone is welcome, even if you miss the event.

I got a chance to try this location on Wednesday when a vendor hosted a meeting there. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed in the performance of these things. Last time I drove one was back in 2010 at GP Kartways in Downsview, and I don't remember them being as fast unless you were in the race league and they turned the speed all the way up. Maybe because I'm so work-from-home-out-of-shape, but we did two qualifying sessions to determine grid position followed by a final race, and I was actually glad for it to be over as I couldn't have stayed competitive much longer. Got my heart pumping so hard I was starting to worry about my blood pressure, LOL.

Right now we are booked in for Mini Grand Prix event on Saturday, March 22 @3pm. Should be roughly 2 races per person at 12 laps/race.

1st race to start at 3.30pm, should end around 5pm. Those who are interested can go for dinner which we will decide on shortly.

Final head count needed about 3 days out, for now I've booked 16 with expectation of some fluctuation.
