I think its retarded that these places think the canadian population is too stupid to ride a motorcycle, I have been to 3rd-world countries where there are dozens of motorcycle rental places, even renting highly dangerous YZ-400 2-stroke motorcycles, meanwhile in the biggest city in Canada there are "zero" rental places.
 
Blame:

1. Idiots who have no business riding motorbikes
2. Lawyers and an overly litigious system
3. Insurance companies and the government
4. The Russians

It's so frustrating. When I went to Mallorca a few years ago I rented from this place, they had so many to choose from! I only took the Dragstar 250 as it was just me the and the gf cruising along the coastal roads and I was trying to save money, but it was literally a case of him dropping the machine off, looking at my licence to make sure it was valid, and telling me to go enjoy myself.

I don't really have the money to buy a bike right now but had hoped I could get my test done so I'd have the licence ready for when the time comes. Looks like I'll be suffering the indignity of the M1 test again.

Lissen, have you stop to think that maybe it is a market condition? Maybe just not enough people rent bikes to make it profitable?

In other words, how do you know that GTA Exotics thinks that the "population is too stupid to ride a motorcycle"?

Thank the insurance companies, and thank the stupid Canadian population that rents bikes and loses them to the street racing laws.

ECT has a huge problem with their cars being towed and impounded for street racing. Ontario is not the place to own a fast bike or car, unless you head to Mosport.
 
lol why do you guys even bother responding to Pegassus? And has anyone actually met the guy before?
 
If the condition of the cars they rent is any reflection of the condition of the bikes they used to rent, you're better off not renting from them.

+1 for this. I wouldn't rent rollerblades from them let alone a "road worthy" vehicle.

Leave the russians out of it. They'll mess you up and last I checked they're not the issues on our roads.......
