Can I swap a 2000 gsxf for a 2000 gsxr motor in my katana had a malfunction. With it over the weekend was having serious valve tap then a hollow pinging noise then my exhaust manifold started leaking real bad??

No.
GSX is air/oil cooled.
GSXR is liquid cooled.
You could swap from an older gsxr750/1100 from the late 80s.
The oil cooled Bandit 600/1200.
Katana 750.
Gsx650 might work.
Older 88+ katana should be the same engine.
For the bigger motors, it'd be cheaper to have a donor bike to swap from. Ecu, carbs, airbox... it'll get pricey.
Plus there is the insurance issue of putting in a larger displacement engine... which may not be an issue for you, but may be a serious material misrepresentation issue in the event of a claim.

I couldn't just mount a radiator under the fromt fairing I was more interested in if it would bolt up and my carbs, and trans and whatever else would bolt. I have a guy who has a newer 600 it's an 04 with the ecu and harness and computer but still same issue not sure if they will bolt up. Could you possibly call me?

I'm sure the motor mounts won't line up.
I had a '98 Kat 600.
Had it nearly 20 years ago (bought for the cheap insurance).
I had all these dreams about putting a gsxr1100 swap in it. Would have been a never ending money pit.
The bike is indestructible, but looks like a bloody sea creature. Bargain basement suspension, and slow...

Are you sure you weren't hearing an exhaust leak?
Check that all of the nuts securing the exhaust header pipes to the cylinder head, are all snug. I betcha you are going to find out that one or more have backed off.

NOTHING will fit.
But based on the earlier description ... check that the exhaust header nuts are all (A) there, and (B) snug, and (C) that the exhaust system itself isn't rotted out with a hole or crack in it.
