Grey Bikes

So, I'm wondering how many grey bikers are on this forum?
(I already know there are a couple at the very least)

What do you have?
For how long?
Where are you located?

Seeing that Nuak has been successfully selling his bikes, there's gotta be some grey bike owners here.

I myself currently own a 92 TZR 250, almost 3 years now.
Pic attached.
I'm in North side of Richmond Hill.

NSR, RGV, NS, VFR, RVF

I have a VFR400. I didn't ride it much last year and probably not at all this year. I've had it for 3 years. I'm in Brampton. I also had a CBR400.

What year is it?

I've got a 1987 Honda CBR250R Hurricane (MC17). I bought it from a friend who just let it sit for about 6 years. I've spent the winter fixing it up and I'm hoping to have it on the road in May.

Nice. I was hoping to find a 1996 :)

I have an Canadian VIN 86 Honda NS400R that I'm rebuilding from a bare frame. Currently in the process of importing an 88 NS400R engine with the updated gearbox.

BTW I can get pretty much get any part for a grey market including frames with ownership, and complete low KM engines. In the works of getting a whole bike crated and shipped from UK & Japan.

I am trying to convince Nuak International to allow me to trade in for the ZX4R or the CBR250RR but no response on it yet. Have any of you had severe issues with the bikes since purchase? I’m familiar with the usual maintenance stuff and possible replacement of bearings/wire harness; I just don’t want to step into another project bike scenario. Also how reliable are these bikes?

A friend that bought a CBR250RR from Nuak, every single thing that was rubber was shot. All of the carb internals (the rubber diaphragm, etc.), brake lines, fuel hoses, vaccume lines, etc. Took a lot of work to get it in safe condition.
