Hey GTAM
The name is Adam and I am a new rider (just got my M1 on April 30th) in the East Markham area and am a proud new owner of a black 2011 Ninja 250r.
I bought it last Wednesday locally off Kijiji (but the seller also posted an ad here) and had it plated and ready to ride on Saturday. So far I have changed the oil and filter, lubed the chain, re-torqued the front wheel (there was a squeak), adjusted clutch cable (release point was way too high), and have rode about 150km so far this weekend. I cant wait to ride some more but my whole body is sore and they are forecasting rain all week
Riding is so much fun and I look forward to meeting some, if not all of you at some point during this riding season!
My username "LOWvert" is in reference to my other vehicle seen below, a LOW conVERTible - but it is a play on covert as that's how I try to roll
Mods on the docket are as follows:
Gas tank vent mod as it makes a lot of noise
Exhaust
K&N filter
Shim and jetting kit
DIY rear fender elimination
Rear tire hugger
Custom white vinyl
and probably more as I cannot drive/ride anything in it's stock form
