The alloy muffler on my Ossa TR280i does duty to support the upper rear shock,the cylinder head to frame stay and the seat/rear fender base.The welds have taken a beating and a few were broken or cracked.the techs at Grand Valley are artists! www.gvsweld.com/

Yah,me too.I'm going to make it look brand new again when i retire next year.....maybe.

I don't think so.My Ossa is a first year model.They changed a lot of things in the later models with robotic welds and hydroforming.The models with the Termi exhausts are tougher i think.Wish i could afford a Termi.You get a bit of change from $2,000.

The fellow that did my welding is Pat.I work for a hydraulics business in Guelph.We use them when we something perfect.
