GP Bikes !

Just want to offer a review on GP Bikes. Dealt with them at the Feb Show for a new Arai Helmet, was fitted on site by Full Bore, went back to GP and ordered my new helmet! Also received a very good discount (Show promo), and a few Arai Visor of my choice.

After the show I realized i ordered the wrong helmet, so I contacted GP via their online contact form, within minutes had Marianne email me back telling me that switching my model of helmet isn't an issue .. (I went Sunday, contacted GP sunday evening, got a reply sunday evening) By Monday evening my order was switched to the model i actually wanted ... Shipped out Thursday of this past week, received the helmet the very next day (Friday).

After posting my rant I was contacted by someone from GP bikes (I wont use names). They told me that they would help me work something out. Yesterday I went up there and got my helmet exchanged.

The fact that the staff at GP went out of their way to help me out is incredible. I am beyond impressed by their customer service. I definitely recommend going there and I wont be going anywhere else for my biking needs.
